Singer Lee Taemin Makes Solo Comeback After 2 Years... New Mini Album Released Today (31st)
Singer Lee Taemin has returned with his new mini album 'PHASE 1 : Soft Violence', featuring double title tracks 'FLOAT' and 'Gooey'. This marks his first solo album release in approximately two years.
[News & Book = Reporter Song Young-du] Singer Lee Taemin has made a solo comeback by releasing his new mini album 'PHASE 1 : Soft Violence' at 6 PM today.
The album title combines the opposing concepts of 'soft' and 'violence' to express tension, contradiction, and subtle fissures within familiar beauty. While maintaining a delicate and flexible sense, Lee Taemin intensely expanded his inherent energy and actively participated in the overall music and concept to enhance the quality.
This new release showcases Lee Taemin's contrasting musical charms by presenting 'FLOAT' and 'Gooey' as double title tracks.
In addition, the album includes various tracks such as the pre-released intro 'This Is The End', 'Easy Loving You', 'SKIN', and other new songs, as well as 'Let Me Be The One', 'Sober', and 'PARASITE', which were performed at the American music festival Coachella last April.
Lee Taemin's release of a solo work in album format comes approximately two years after his 5th mini album 'Eternal'.
Attention is focused on the differentiated aesthetics and musical attempts Lee Taemin will show through this new album, following his active activities spanning both group and solo work, including his first English song release this year, his appearance on the Coachella stage, and SHINee's 6th mini album comeback.
